Steve has worked in a number of leadership roles at Churches of Christ over the last decade and across a wide variety of disciplines including Chaplaincy, Communications, Leadership Development and now People and Culture. 

Steve is a strong believer in the value of good leadership in aligning and forwarding the mission of any organisation, and has spent considerable time both learning to lead personally and investing in the leadership journey of others. 

Most recently, Steve has put over 100 leaders through their ‘Adventures in Leadership’ programs at CofCQ and he now has lots of questions, examples and insights to share around growing leaders in the Not-for-profit sector.
