Peter is passionate about mentoring entrepreneurs and leaders who are seeking to disrupt the status quo.

Leading Johnson & Johnson Medical’s innovation agenda throughout Asia Pacific, Peter spends much of his time focused on exploring new innovation and cultivating strong relationships with emerging leaders, startup and investment communities.  Peter often speaks on innovation at Healthcare conferences in Asia, mentors’ CEOs of startup companies and has just finished developing an internal Innovation Program for entrepreneurs.

 In the past, Peter has also led a number of commercial teams with a focus on instilling a growth mindset, capability building and next generation leadership. Including his time at Opportunity International in India, helping shape and influence the impact microfinance can have on local communities.

 Peter holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM), Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA and a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Sydney.
